The Institute accepts telephone, mail, and fax orders. Credit card orders may be phoned, mailed or faxed to the Institute. Email is not a secure method of submitting credit card information. Checks and money-orders must be mailed. A completed order form must accompany all mail and fax orders. Payment in U.S. dollars only.

Associate Membership Application
Associate Membership is by calendar year, with term of membership lasting from January to December regardless of when you join. The deadline for joining or renewing for 2012 membership is 1 September 2012. The publications available as membership benefits are those issues or catalogues published during the year of membership.

2012 Regular Associate ($35)
All 2012 members will receive Rose 'Altesse,' a signed 8-color granolitho of a watercolor by Lotte Günthart as we will not be publishing Huntia or an exhibition catalogue in 2012. The Patron, Sustaining and Benefactor levels also will receive the Botanical Society of Western Pennsylvania's guidebook, Wildflowers of Pennsylvania (Haywood and Monk, 2001), and another selected Günthart reproduction.
